After enduring a long haul flight from California and battling the dreaded jet lag, I stumbled upon Life Massage during my quest for some much needed relief. And boy, am I glad I did!

My therapist, Sharla, was an absolute master in her craft.

I have had numerous massages and Sharla is by far the best. The deep tissue massage was awesome. The best thing was she let you have the massage you wanted; if you wanted to chant or lay back and enjoy it was up to you. I will be going back!!!!

I was so relaxed. What a great massage. Sharla is very good at finding out what your needs are, and then focusing on those areas. She has strength beyond others since she does ashiatsu massage. I was very impressed with the depth and precision.
