I was part of the Chinese dragon boat race at the plaza two weeks ago and my shoulder hurt very bad. I asked a masseuse to work more on my right lower back and right shoulder and she did. I felt a lot better.

Apparently tipping is mandatory. I had a 90 minute combo advertised for $90. When I checked out, I wanted to leave a $20 tip. The man scoffed and showed me the "mandatory tipping chart " which requires a $40 tip on all 90 minute services .

I called one hour before closing time, and they didn't even hesitate to accept my appointment for a full body massage. They even stayed open late to extend my appt. from 60mins to 90mins. Overall, Excellent customer service!
